Learning Outcomes
Students will be able to recognize which types of visual communication are photographs and which are not, what information and knowledge they can convey, and what criteria they must meet in order to do so. They will be able to recognize the creator's intention through the techniques used and, conversely, use the semiotic characteristics of photography to better communicate its message.
