Course Content (Syllabus)
The subject of the course is the modern approach to the Strategic Management of Human Resources in organizations. The emphasis on the evolving role of Strategic Human Resource Management and its distinction from the narrow concept of Personnel Management define the modules to be studied. That is, the functions of staffing, human resource development, performance appraisal, reward provision, ensuring healthy and safe working conditions, and specific industrial relations issues.
