Course Content (Syllabus)
In the context of the course, the texts of the two major prose writers will be approached, as well as elements of their critical reception. The literary fictions of G. Vizyinos and Al. Papadiamantis will be included in the cultural and historical contexts of "mature" ethography, while the linguistic and stylistic features of their writing, as well as the philosophical-ideological elements that emerge from their texts, will be investigated in order to clarify. The course is offered as a seminar, so attendance is mandatory. Each student must present the theme he/she will undertake, while preparing a paper based on which he/she will be graded.
